This place suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. Staff helped me with a room issue even at night, which I remember. Highly recommend staying here for great service!

Staff helpful, breakfast buffet good value. Close to metro station. Central location.
Very very noisy at night, noise not from hotel but from street. Had to buy ear plugs to be able to sleep. Family rooms at front of hotel directly above very busy street. Noise continues during whole night.

The breakfast was rich and delicious, the check in was early. I thoroughly enjoyed configuration of the king room. The location was marvellous in a fairly quiet area, just next door to the museum area and many restaurants, the coffee shop, and Gran Via metro.
Had very very bad breakfast, it might be much better.

Squeaky clean and updated rooms with a balcony looking over gran via, food delicious! Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. Particularly good location, within walking distance of everywhere. Great vacation in this central area. Wonderful stay for one night, nothing too much trouble.

Comfortable, clean accommodation with modern amenities.
The rooms were small and the noise levels from adjacent rooms were disruptive.

Excellent bathroom facilities, unique hotel café and coworking space, secure access to the building
The entry process is a nightmare when staff is absent at night!!! The WiFi requires serious upgrades as it often feels like a lost cause!!!

The location was great and fab for walking around an iconic street. We found it in a quiet area just off everything-comfortable and center and lots of restaurants.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

We liked the location as it was close to restaurants, metro and shopping. It was easy to access other parts of Madrid from this location.
We found that on the first day the breakfast food that was to be hot was cold and there were empty trays where there should have been food. When we did point out to the only staff member there, she was too busy to deal with our concerns as she seemed only worried about marking on her list the guest as they arrived for breakfast. There was no staff assigned that we could see to clear off tables and refill the food bins. We took our concerns to the front desk and after a long discussion we were told that our hotel bill would reflect the fact the breakfast was less than satisfactory. We are not sure that this was in fact done as when I asked a check out time I was told that breakfast was part of the room charge. I would like to know if in fact we were refunded the 24 Euros for two breakfasts. To be fair breakfast was fixed the following day as there were more staff and the food bins were filled and hot and we were asked if we were satisfied.

Brilliant location!
İ dont understand the hi-tech. The computer in the room did not work the computer in the lobby did not work and it was almost impossible to log into your wifi system! Your hotel is actually very low tech! No signs for breakfast location Long wait someimes to get the front door opened - you need a hi-tech door opener!
